More than 300 senior-level leaders from retail and consumer goods attended the NEW Executive Leaders Forum 2017, August 1-3. Former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and swimming legend Diana Nyad were keynote speakers. Top industry executives also spoke, including Indra Nooyi, chairman and CEO of PepsiCo; Brian Cornell, chairman and CEO of Target; Carolyn Tastad, Group President, North America, Procter & Gamble; Doug Behrens, president and CCO of Danone Wave; Tim Brown, president and COO of Chobani; and Wendy Davidson, president, U.S. specialty channels for Kellogg. The 11th annual Forum examined “Our Daring Future” and introduced NEW President and CEO Sarah Alter. The Forum focused on the future of gender equality in retail/cpg, talent management, advanced technology and leading through disruption.
